Late check-in (pre-block):
As your booking is guaranteed for late arrival, we will be able to hold your booking until 12:00 noon of the day following your arrival date. For example, if your arrival date is on the 20th but you will check in 21st, the booking will be held until 12:00 noon on the 21st. After that, the room will be released without any further notice. If you intend to arrive later than this time, please amend the arrival date of your booking. Please note that cancellation, guarantee, andor deposit policies will be applied as per the terms and conditions of your booking.

Check- out:
Hotel standard check-out time is at 12:00 noon so that we can prepare the room for guests who will be checkingthe same room at 15:00. If you require late check out, please see the below:
- From 12:00 to 13:00: as a gesture of goodwill from the hotel to our valued guests, it will be complimentary.
- From 13:00 to 18:00: 50% off the applicable one-night rate.
- From 18:00 onward: the applicable rate of the night on that day will be charged.

Deposit upon check-in:
A deposit will be collected upon check-in, subject to the number of nights per stay.
